STC Construction & Engineering

STC Construction and Engineering was formed in 2005 as the successor to Royston Condry Builders. STC's vision is to provide a full service building experience integrating engineering, architecture and construction. STC has the technical ability to begin the building process with engineering and design, and the experience and craftsmen to carry your project right through the building phase. We offer a seamless package through the entire project. We also offer engineering/design or construction on an individual basis.

Our engineering team is based on a strong structural and civil engineering background. Coupled with our engineering proficiency is our architectural design expertise. It follows up with in-depth familiarity with the Building Department and knowledge of San Francisco's building codes. All of this helps deliver your design vision to a workable set of plans and guides you through the permitting process.

Our construction staff incorporates foundation specialists, carpenter teams, in-house electrical division, in-house plumbing division, and in-house tile division. To this we add trusted, reliable relationships with skilled subcontractors. This means our building team can bring your vision to reality from the ground up. We work on small projects, such as new foundations, seismic upgrades, decks, and various additions for residential buildings. We also do complete remodels and builds from inception. Our resources, craftsmanship, and dedicated project managers ensure that you get the house you will enjoy for years to come.
